* Do not enter your dog’s height if not yet fully grown or if unsure of its size. All dogs will be measured at the start of the season, or at their first meeting for new dogs.

** If you are entering a pedigree Whippet, please give its kennel Club registration number. Sight of the relevant document will be required at the first specific Whippet event of the season.

Please note that the above information will be held on a computer database. All details will be kept strictly confidential. Please advise if for any reason, you do not wish your details to be stored.
